JWP Policy Guidelines for Referral Clients
When authorized referrer independent agent transact about our web hosting and web design service to refer you as our customer. The independent referrer agent is not authorized to collect and to accept payments. Referred Client will pay directly to Joiso Website Provider office and authorized employee of Joiso Website Provider will communicate directly to the clients to close all sales transaction agreement of the referred clients by referrer-seller agent.
The referred clients may call us to our office or visit us personally to pay Joiso Website Provider. It is strictly prohibited by Joiso Website Provider to pay our authorized referrer independent agent and the authorized referrer independent agent is forbidden to ask payment for our web services or any payment. Anyone who transacts payment to our authorized independent agent will not be honored as a Client of Joiso Website Provider. To verify if he is a certified referrer seller independent agent you can visit our website at www.joisowebsiteprovider.com for the list of our authorized referrer independent agent. Joiso Website Provider is not liable for any individuals who claim that they are authorized referrer independent agent but are not included on the official list on our website or claiming as an employee of Joiso Website Provider without the certified identification card, kindly inform Joiso Website Provider immediately.
The authorized independent referrer agent will only refer the Client to Joiso Website Provider. They can not accept payment or make transaction directly and indirectly. The referred Clients will be notified by phone or visit them personally. The authorized referrer independent agent is not allowed to present or sign our order form, web hosting contract or web design maintenance contract. Only Joiso website provider has the right to present and sign an order form, web hosting contract and web design maintenance contract. Any individuals who sign the web hosting contract, web design contract, order form or any documents to an authorized independent referrer agent and who claim that they are authorized referrer independent agent but are not included on the official list on our website or claiming as an employee of Joiso Website Provider without the certified identification card. The order form, web hosting contract, web design and maintenance contract or any documents will be held as void and Joiso Website Provider is not liable.
Joiso Website Provider can not be used for illegal purposes and illegal manner under Philippine law, U.S. federal, state or foreign & local municipals laws or in support of illegal activities. Joiso Website Provider reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and injured parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrong doing.
